Life in Tuscany, exclusivity under the Tuscan sun, with cars, itineraries and experiences

When I think of Tuscany, I imagine a glass of wine to be sipped at sunset, perhaps with a view of the hills and the infinite colors that only Tuscany can offer.
This is also the paradise where Francesco and Giacomo work, father and son at Life in Tuscany, a young DMC, but with the exceptional experience of a family behind it.

Francesco Lombardo was born in Montepulciano, birthplace of the Vino Nobile. In 1986 he inherited his family’s winery from his father, thus starting his adventure in the world of wine, a love that has lasted for more than thirty years. However, the idea of Life in Tuscany stems from another passion that Francesco has always cultivated, that for sports cars that, linked to the knowledge of the Tuscan territory, its landscapes, its cultural and wine history, led him to create something unique in the area.
His interest in the world of sports cars, that accompanied him from a young age, leading him to take part in Formula 3 race. Interest that he has transfer to his son Giacomo, with whom he decided to join this project. Life in Tuscany is born from the desire to know a unique territory, one of the most beautiful in the world and from the passion for strong and authentic emotions that only a supercar can convey. Life in Tuscany wants to give its customers individual experiences, in places out of time, advising them wisely and assisting them throughout their journey.

Francesco speaks with a proud tone of his work and of his son Giacomo: “We are very close-knit, we have different ways of working, but there is respect and above all empathy between me and my son, especially working in contact with such beautiful landscapes as the Tuscan ones. Giacomo has good taste and knows how to welcome our guests in the best possible way, he knows how to guide them in all senses. Let’s say I support him in the most complex meetings”.
“Thanks to Connect2Italy we were able to find the missing piece for our success, the DMC is young, but since we surf the platform everyday we have already made important international meetings, with reservations. The high-spending target we address needs attention and dynamics that we never would have thought of, looking for even the rarest experiences for our guests”, comments Giacomo Lombardo, Life in Tuscany.
“And after a few weeks on Connect2Italy we’ve already received a big opportunity from an important European member: they booked a long staying with us!” says Giacomo.
The Val d’Orcia currently has important numbers because it has over two and a half million tourists a year, 90% of them are International and half of these come from Canada and the USA.

There are many popular films that portray her, from the English Patient, La Vita è Bella, Twilight and in Cortona there is also an important seat of an American university. “Many students come back with their families in the summer or who choose our territories for important events or ceremonies” adds Francesco Lombardo.
In addition to tasting excellent wine and visiting picturesque landscapes, perhaps in an important car, the DMC also offers unique experiences such as working with terracotta, sensory research or cooking classes immersed in nature.
If you are also a lover of slow tourism, rich in emotions, we are waiting for you in Tuscany!
